Hunting Grounds is a weekly event which you can use your tickets to get corresponding pokemon.
To get major monsters you should use given amount of tickets. All of the monsters changes on Friday.
Junior Hunting Ground: 16 at most for Rare monster
Medium Hunting Ground: 16 at most Epic monster
Senior Hunting Ground: It changes according to Legendary monster. (Check weekly mails for exact amount.)
